VBL has been associated with PepsiCo since the 1990s and has over two and a half decades consolidated its business association with PepsiCo. PepsiCo CSD brands produced and sold by VBL include Pepsi, Pepsi Black, Mountain Dew, Sting, Seven-Up, Mirinda Orange, Seven-Up Nimbooz Masala Soda, and Evervess. Rapid BevTech is a strategic partner and supplier to VBL. With the recent supply of 2 Carbo Mixers to their Meghalaya plant, the total tally reached 30 Carbo Mixers supplied to VBL plants worldwide.

The Challenge
Maintaining precision mixing accuracy at high throughput for multiple PepsiCo brands. Ensuring uniform final product across geography to help the customer dominate market presence.
Our Approach
Deployed a proven mixer design with inline Brix and CO2 monitoring. The installed automatic Carbo Mixer is a single skid-mounted machine which performs a range of functions including de-aeration, mixing, chilling, carbonating, and beverage storage. Designed to occupy minimum floor space with advanced safety systems ensuring a secure production environment and energy-efficient systems promoting sustainability and cost-effectiveness. Both machines were installed and commissioned within record time by a highly skilled field service team and are running successfully.
