What You Can Expect
You will start contributing to actual work in a short time. With support from seniors, you will gradually take ownership of your responsibilities and build confidence through hands-on experience.
You will work with different departments such as design, production, stores, quality, sales, and service, as applicable to your role. This helps in building a practical understanding of how different functions are connected in delivering a project.
Our work involves real-time coordination, problem-solving, and execution. Depending on your role, this may include shopfloor involvement, coordination with vendors, customer interaction, or site-related activities.
