Rapid BevTech recently commissioned its 3rd Carbo Mixing Unit at Varun Beverages Congo, Africa. VBL Congo, a producer of market-leading CSD drinks Pepsi, Mirinda, Sting, Mountain Dew, and 7up, awarded Rapid BevTech to supply and install a Carbo Mixer with a max rated capacity of 30kl/hr. The installed automatic Carbo Mixer is a single skid-mounted machine that performs de-aeration, mixing, chilling, carbonating, and beverage storage while occupying minimum floor space.

Our Approach
Deployed a proven Carbo Mixer platform — a single skid-mounted machine performing de-aeration, mixing, chilling, carbonating, and beverage storage while occupying minimum floor space. Machine completely built in SS304 with parts sourced from reputed suppliers.
