The Challenge
Dual-line installation requiring coordinated project management. Multiple brand/SKU handling with frequent changeovers. The key challenge was to establish a small-scale brewery with the right combination of technology and capital investment. Installation had to make efficient use of space with the can line in 520 sq.m and the glass line occupying 1,116 sq.m.
Our Approach
Parallel installation planning to minimize total project timeline. Designed flexible filling systems capable of handling both brands across can and glass formats. End-to-end automation to enhance operational efficiency and precision, advanced safety measures, and energy-efficient systems. Canning line equipped with semi-automatic de-palletizer with 40% overspeed. 15-head mechanical filler in combination of 3-head seamer capable of 6,500 CPH output. Lubrication-free conveying system saving approximately 16 KL of water per hour. Single-end bottle washer with SS304 stainless steel pre-caustic and post-caustic sections, carbon steel caustic section with painted finish, and pre-rinse section to remove all solid dirt. High-speed jets extract labels via metal chain with automatic caustic and additive concentration control. Automatic PU-regulated tunnel pasteurizer fine-tunes total PU within range of 12-18, with automatic filtration using a continuously running metal filter belt. Synchronized bottle burst system with HMI-configurable half-fill settings to minimize beer loss. RAPIDwrap H packer with hot glue sealing supports 6x4 or 4x3 configurations with changeover between 500ml and 330ml in under 30 minutes.

“Establishing the filling and packaging lines was always a concern for us as a new player in the beer industry. However, I must appreciate the support and professional approach extended by RAPID BEVTECH in getting both lines operational within a remarkably short period of just two weeks after installation. This enabled us to quickly commence both bottle and can production, delivering products to the market with all quality parameters under control.”
